Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment for surgical patients.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative needs promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical operations.
- Document patient information and surgical details accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia.
- Prior experience in large Level 1 trauma facilities, including travel nursing assignments.
- Strong vascular and endovascular surgery experience.
- High proficiency demonstrated on skills checklist across all areas.
- Ability to work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with no call, weekends, or holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, trauma-focused surgical environment.
- Familiarity with vascular/endovascular procedures and protocols.
- Comfortable with a two-week repeating schedule of weekday nights.
