Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac and monitoring needs
- Monitor patient vitals, ECG readings, and response to treatments
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or able to obtain licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Compassionate communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Level II trauma, stroke, or cardiac units
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
