Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiological procedures, including X-ray imaging, following physician orders and safety protocols.
- Operate radiology equipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and images.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current and strong X-ray tech experience.
- ARRT certification in Radiography (RT[R]) or equivalent.
- Maryland State License as a Radiographer, issued by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
- BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient medical center environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and patient care orientation.
