• Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units, floating as needed within the organization
• Work 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and rotating holidays
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Respond to patient needs efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience
• Current BCLS certification
• Epic EMR experience
• Valid and active RN license in Ohio
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a travel or float RN role within a hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills in a high-pressure environment
