Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans focusing on neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging, including complex procedures such as fusion, MIP, MRP, and perfusion.
- Support inpatient and outpatient imaging needs, with an emphasis on oncology cases.
- Document procedures accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality imaging services.
- Assist with specialized imaging techniques including post-processing, image reconstruction, and advanced imaging procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
- ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
- BLS certification.
- Valid Ohio State License.
- Proficiency in imaging multiple body areas, including brain, spine, pelvis, chest, and extremities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in adult ICU, outpatient, and pediatric acute care settings.
- Familiarity with Siemens MRI equipment and PACS systems.
- Knowledge of advanced imaging techniques such as ADC mapping, spectroscopy, and surface coils.
