Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages with various diagnoses.
• Implement, supervise, and adjust therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes, documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and support staff, to coordinate care and ensure appropriate medical equipment is provided.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and self-care strategies to promote independence and recovery.
• Manage documentation in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and billing procedures.
• Assist in administrative duties such as clinic operations, supply management, and providing staff or patient education.

Required Qualifications
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or equivalent experience.
• Current license as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Broad clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neuro system assessments, treatment techniques, and medical conditions affecting function.
• Proficiency with assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and billing procedures for third-party payers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and team members effectively.
• Comfort with using technology, including electronic medical records and assessment tools.
