Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient occupational therapy services in a community hospital setting
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for adult patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and recovery
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Support patients within the inpatient rehabilitation environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years inpatient therapy experience
- Experience working in an inpatient or hospital setting
- Ability to comply with state licensing and hospital policies
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for local assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in community hospitals or acute care facilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of inpatient therapy protocols
