Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
- Implement therapy programs and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Ability to provide documentation of licensure and resume at the time of application.
- Covid-19 vaccination and testing as required (testing within 72 hours prior to start and results within 48 hours).
- Willingness to work with patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
