Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Resume and license verification must be included with applications; without these, candidates will be declined.
- Ability to work dayshift hours.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- SNF experience preferred.
- Recent Covid-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours.
