Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room, including circulating and scrub nursing roles.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor patients for post-anesthesia and post-operative complications, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Supervise and support assigned team members, ensuring adherence to hospital, department, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, participating in 24-hour call coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous experience in operating room and recovery room nursing preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in perioperative nursing including circulating and scrub roles.
• Knowledge of post-anesthesia care and complication recognition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
