Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic imaging procedures, including X-rays, for inpatient and outpatient clients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and documentation procedures using electronic charting systems.
Required Qualifications
- California Radiologic Technology License.
- ARRT certification.
- BLS certification.
- Fluoroscopy certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of radiology technologist experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in acute care hospital settings.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Excellent patient communication skills.
