Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and operation of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
- Support medical staff by setting up and maintaining specialized equipment.
- Monitor patient status during procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Assist with sterilization and inventory management of lab supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices within the lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license relevant to cardiac lab or electrophysiology procedures.
- Experience working in a cath lab or electrophysiology lab preferred.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
- Ability to operate specialized imaging and monitoring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical cath lab setting.
- Familiarity with EP lab procedures and equipment.
- CPR certification or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
