Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulator nursing care in a busy operating room environment across multiple specialties including Orthopedics (Trauma, Joints, Sports Med, Shoulders) and robotic surgeries (DaVinci).
• Support weekday 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Participate in on-call duties after hours, during weekends, and possibly for float assignments to outpatient ORs.
• Assist with procedures requiring conscious sedation and scrubbing, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth procedures and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of circulating experience in an OR setting.
• Level 1 operating room experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with conscious sedation and scrub skills.
• Ability to handle call duties after hours and on weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in OR settings.
• Experience working with robotic surgical systems such as DaVinci.
• Familiarity with outpatient OR environments on the second floor.
