• Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery processes.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of California.
• Proven experience assisting in patient rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of therapeutic procedures and rehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
