Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels
- Perform advanced ventilator management and critical care procedures
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Support neonatal and pediatric respiratory needs as required
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program
- Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT) in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong critical care and ventilator management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care experience
- Experience working in a critical care or hospital setting
- Ability to work 12-hour swing shifts (no shift details provided)
