Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray and radiologic procedures in various hospital areas including OR, ER, inpatient units, and portable settings.
- Operate and evaluate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging.
- Collaborate with department teams and float as needed across different units.
- Assist in training and performing competency checks for students.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain technical quality of images.
- Work with electronic health record systems such as EPIC and Sectra.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification and active BLS certification.
- Graduate of a JRCERT/ARRT accredited radiologic tech program.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level 1 trauma or 2-3 years in a large trauma-level facility.
- Experience in OR and general X-ray procedures.
- Comfortable working in OR, ED, inpatient settings, and with portable imaging.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Willingness to learn pediatric and neonate imaging.
- Experience with GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment.
- Ability to evaluate images for technical quality and adapt to various clinical environments.
