Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed to support patient care.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Meditech 6.0.
- Support and participate in call shifts, including 24-hour call coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license for the state of Arizona.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certification.
- Ability and willingness to float to Med Surg units when necessary.
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR system preferred.
- Flexibility to take call shifts, including 24-hour periods.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ICU nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
