• Full-time, Contract (13 weeks), Night shifts (1730-0600)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and direct individualized respiratory treatments in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of patient care and procedures accurately.
• Follow all clinical protocols and scope of practice guidelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision after orientation.

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for patient care.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with OB care preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one year of current acute care experience (new graduates may be considered).
• Ability to perform procedures requiring auditory and visual acuity.
• Ability to push a loaded stretcher 300 feet and lift heavy items safely.
• Experience working in a busy hospital environment.
