Key Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room environment, supporting neuro, orthopedic trauma, kidney transplant, and general surgical procedures.
• Scrub and/or circulate for a variety of surgeries including robotics, transplants, orthopedic, neuro, spine, ENT, GYN, Urology, trauma, and organ procurement.
• Assist with patient preparation, intraoperative support, and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
• Manage emergency situations within a Level I Trauma Operating Room setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow established protocols for on-call duties, including responding within 30 minutes, and participate in scheduled weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
• Float between main campus and satellite facilities as required, maintaining flexibility to support multiple OR environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid MA RN license
• BILH coversheet and MA license required
• Experience in neuro, orthopedic trauma, and transplant surgeries
• Ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Availability to work day shifts including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of surgical procedures such as robotics, transplants, neuro, ENT, GYN, Urology, and trauma

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior OR experience with Level I Trauma Centers
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems and organ procurement
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to floating across multiple facilities
