Interventional Radiology Technologist

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, from small to complex treatments, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain and operate advanced IR equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle on-call responsibilities, up to 7-8 shifts per month, including weekends.
- Support imaging documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
- Valid licensure with the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT).
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Previous IR technologist experience in a busy lab preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in neuro and trauma radiology is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced interventional radiology procedures.
- Ability to work across multiple modalities and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
