- Full-time, travel assignment, day shift, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit, focusing on recovery and functional improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and assist with procedures such as wound care, stroke, and TBI management
- Utilize mechanical lifts, pumps, and EMR systems to ensure efficient patient care and documentation
- Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety protocols, and certification requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting
- IV therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Wound care expertise
- Experience caring for stroke or TBI patients

Travel Details
- Projected start date: September 15, 2025
- End date: December 8, 2025
- Shift hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other weekend on call
Additional Information
- Attire: Scrubs in plain colors
- Unit includes equipment such as mechanical lifts, Baxter and Kangaroo pumps, and EMR system Meditech
- Willing to consider candidates with wound care, stroke, or TBI experience
- Must be flexible, kind, and thorough in approach
