Job Title: Tech - Surgical

Location: Kansas City, KS

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures within the OR, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural standards.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Float to all operating rooms as needed to support surgical teams.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, including on-call and holiday requirements.
• Provide support to surgical staff to facilitate smooth patient care operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA, or 3 years of proven surgical technologist experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CST or equivalent OR experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and flexible to float across ORs.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in Level I Trauma settings.
• Prior experience working in a NICOTINE-free facility.
