Schedule / Job Type
• Night shift / Travel contract, 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the Intensive Medical Care Unit (IMCU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown.
• Monitor and manage cardiac patients, including drips and telemetry.
• Assist with limited procedures such as cardioversions.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
• Uphold unit standards with a professional and organized approach.
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Cardiac experience, including management of drips.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts with flexibility for up to 4 weekend shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Stroke care experience.
• Outgoing, energetic, and organized personality.
