• Full-time, 13-week contract with a 32-hour guaranteed workweek, Days shifts, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to clients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in evaluating patient progress and modifying interventions as needed.
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate therapy records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support patient engagement and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Proficiency in documentation and healthcare software preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
