Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 testing requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing.
• COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Prescreen completed and attached, along with resume and license verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
