Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, M-F days, 6-8 hours per day, ASAP start, 26-week assignment with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to assist with rehabilitation goals
• Work with patients to improve daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 90%

Required Qualifications

• Current license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably with Rehab Optima software
• Ability to commit to a 26-week assignment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work 6-8 hours daily, Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with rehab or inpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records and therapy documentation systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
