Job Title

- Richland, WA
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, days (9 am - 5 pm), Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehab and geriatric care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with staff to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid WA state Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a rehab/geriatrics setting
- Strong understanding of patient care in a medical rehabilitation environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
