Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, including residents with conditions such as CHF, dementia, diabetes, CKD, COPD, and wound care.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient health status according to facility protocols.
• Follow facility-specific procedures for documentation and communication using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care and safety.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or the ability to obtain one.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EMR systems, specifically PCC.
• Knowledge of common diagnoses such as CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia, urinary retention, and wounds.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations.
