Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, including residents with conditions such as CHF, dementia, diabetes, CKD, COPD, and wound care.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient health status according to facility protocols.
- Follow facility-specific procedures for documentation and communication using electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care and safety.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota or the ability to obtain one.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically PCC.
- Knowledge of common diagnoses such as CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia, urinary retention, and wounds.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations.

- Backouts with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee.
- Additional orientation will be provided by observing a nurse for 1 shift.
