Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and supporting patient progress.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate patient needs effectively.
• Follow facility guidelines and maintain professional standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Virginia.
• Must complete and submit all credentialing documents, including criminal background checks (local, federal, multi-state, nationwide sex offender, and HHS/OIG).
• Resume required with verification of license.
• Willingness to submit to a COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to start date with results available 48 hours before beginning.
• Complete prescreen and ensure all documentation is attached prior to submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior SNF experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy techniques and patient care.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
