Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient responses.
- Follow all safety and confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
- Must have a valid COVID-19 test result within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours.
- Prescreen and credentialing items must be completed and attached, including resume and license verification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
