Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patients’ communication and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement therapy strategies and monitor progress.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Must have current resume and license verification attached.
• Prescreen completed and attached prior to submission.
• Covid-19 test within 72 hours of start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
• Clear background check including criminal, sex offender, and healthcare-specific screenings.
• Social Security Number trace and health screenings such as PPD or Quantiferon.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to pass comprehensive credentialing requirements.
