Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Complete patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory guidelines, including credentialing and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required reports and forms.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Occupational Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal, sex offender, and federal searches.
- Covid-19 vaccination and recent negative Covid test (within 72 hours of start date).
- Prescreen, resume, and license verification must be completed and attached upon submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- New grads are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
