Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Comply with all safety and documentation protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Ability to work in the United States (US).
- COVID-19 test results within 72 hours prior to start, with results issued within 48 hours of start date.
- Prescreen completed and attached with application.
- Resume and license verification attached; incomplete submissions will be declined.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous SNF experience preferred.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
