Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient evaluations and therapy outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures, including COVID-19 protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Appropriate state licensure verification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal, sex offender, and federal searches.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination (within 72 hours prior to start date).
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and credentialing checklist, including references, background checks, and license verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• Recent graduate accepted.
• Prior experience with senior or rehab patients is a plus.
