Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Follow all credentialing and compliance requirements prior to starting.
Required Qualifications
• Valid State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background checks including criminal, sex offender, and HHS/OIG searches.
• Must meet all credentialing requirements specified by the facility.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Recent graduate with clinical practicum experience is acceptable.
• COVID-19 testing completed within 72 hours prior to start date with results available 48 hours prior.
