Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, inpatient hospital setting, day shift, 40 hours/week, with possible varied start times (7:30 AM or 8:00 AM), 4-5 days per week. There may be an option for four 10-hour shifts, but this is not guaranteed. At least two weekends are required. No call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient hospital environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs and hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio (OTR) certification.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior acute inpatient hospital experience is required.
• Ability to work 4-5 days per week, including at least two weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates or OTs with minimal experience will not be considered.
• Experience working in a high-volume inpatient hospital setting preferred.
