Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Monitor and interpret patient physiological data using bedside GE monitors and EMR systems.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures such as ventilator management and response to code/trauma situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including intensivists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety protocols, and patient-centered care standards.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments to support optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in medical, surgical, neuro, trauma, or similar units.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Level III certification, with ongoing efforts to achieve Level II status.
• Experience with neuro, cardiac arrest, respiratory emergencies, and vented patients.
• TNCC certification preferred but not required.
