Key Responsibilities
- Perform adult echocardiograms, including portable inpatient and outpatient procedures.
- Conduct transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), bubble studies, and contrast studies using Definity.
- Operate GE E95 ultrasound equipment and ensure structured reporting of all procedures.
- Maintain patient care standards, ensuring 1:1 patient ratios and adherence to unit protocols.
- Rotate on-call shifts including weeknights and weekends, providing flexible scheduling as needed.
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS or CCI certification in echocardiography.
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of experience performing echocardiograms and related procedures.
- Ability to operate GE E95 ultrasound systems and perform specialized procedures such as TEE.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital setting with adult echocardiography.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and remain flexible with scheduling.
- Strong patient-focused approach and good communication skills.
