Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• State licensure in Missouri or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a rehab or skilled nursing facility.
• Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse patient populations.
