Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts (7pm-7am), rotating days of the week, with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like setting, supporting patients and families during difficult times.
• Assess and manage symptoms, ensuring comfort and quality of life for hospice patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care goals and symptom management to enhance confidence and engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support.
• Participate in on-call rotation, including nights, holidays, and weekends, to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience in medical/surgical units, ICU, ER, or similar settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to participate in on-call, holiday, and weekend rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hospice care experience preferred.
• Experience with symptom management and end-of-life care.
• Compassionate demeanor and strong assessment skills.
