Job Title

• Full-time, night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and efficient care to emergency department patients with high acuity needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including trauma, stroke, STEMI, behavioral health, and critically ill cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to varying patient needs ranging from low to high acuity conditions.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend.
• Must be willing to work in a high-acuity environment with fast-paced demands.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a Level II Trauma Center or busy ER setting.
• Proven ability to handle high patient volumes with diverse medical needs.
