Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in a hospital setting
• Work 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
• Float to various healthcare facilities on the West Side, including Hillcrest, Avon, Medina, and Lutheran
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio license as a Respiratory Therapist or CRT/RRT certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT
• NBRC certification and BLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
• Willingness to float as needed to multiple facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in Cleveland Clinic facilities or similar hospital environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different facility protocols
