Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to outpatient and ambulatory patients in a clinic setting.
• Perform patient assessments, medications administration, and documentation.
• Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  Required Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems.
• Knowledge of cardiology or chronic disease management.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
