- Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to promptly respond to patient needs
- Administer medications, IVs, and vital labs as required
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Float within units of equal or lower acuity as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or Compact state
- Ability to pass telemetry testing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current BLS certification
- IV start and general nursing skills (monitoring, labs, medication administration, patient education)
- Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior telemetry monitoring experience
- Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
