Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a cardiology outpatient clinic focusing on electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist with and monitor cardiac procedures including ablations, LAAO, and pacing.
• Interpret EKG/ECG to identify arrhythmias such as AV blocks and bradycardia.
• Perform cardiac monitoring, synchronized cardioversion, and pacing procedures.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an EP lab or cath lab setting.
• Proficiency in EKG/ECG interpretation, including arrhythmia recognition.
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, synchronized cardioversion, pacing, and ablation procedures.
• Reliable personal transportation (public transportation not accepted).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies in AFib management.
• Experience in risk factor modification or device clinics.
• Strong patient education skills, especially regarding medication and lifestyle adherence.
