Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care within a Medical Surgical unit.
• Serve as a resource for patients and team members, providing professional nursing expertise.
• Ensure care delivery adheres to medical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient needs and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Knowledge of Medical Surgical nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with professional accountability.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Knowledge of patient care for diverse age groups.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
