Travel, Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Assist with procedures such as central line dressings, feedings, wound care, and Foley catheter insertions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor patient conditions and assist neurologists with bedside lumbar punctures when necessary.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong teamwork, compassion, and patience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical-surgical units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Neuro assessment skills.
- Experience with emergency procedures and equipment such as feeding pumps, IVs, and central lines.
