Job Title

• Travel, 13-week assignment, days shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult patients in a hospital setting, including assessment, treatment, and management of respiratory conditions.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment such as Servoi, V60, and Hamilton MR1.
• Document patient care accurately within the hospital’s Meditech system.
• Follow hospital policies and unit-specific guidelines to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support patients with complex respiratory needs, including NICU patients (preferred but not required).

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), CRT, or RRT.
• At least 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (preferred, can be obtained after hire).
• Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts including every other weekend.
• All black scrubs are required as part of the uniform.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NICU experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with advanced respiratory equipment and procedures.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic health records systems.
