Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts, rotation of holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult ICU respiratory care, including airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, and ABGs.
• Administer oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizers, BiPAP, and CPAP.
• Manage and operate respiratory equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60.
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team in trauma, ER, and teaching hospital settings.

Required Qualifications

• IN state license in hand (must be current and active)
• BLS, ACLS, NBRC RRT certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU respiratory therapy experience
• In-person, accredited education through CoARC or regionally accredited CHEA-approved program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with bronchoscopes and respiratory procedures in trauma or ER settings
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation systems
• Prior work in teaching or trauma hospital environments
