Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgical teams in a variety of operative procedures
• Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgeries
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and supplies
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends
Required Qualifications
• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent certification
• Ability to work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Availability for rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a surgical setting
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and safety standards
